Ways of ordering
You can place your order in one of the following three ways:
Through the eshop: Complete your order easily and quickly online and monitor its progress. Before the final submission of the order, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use of our site, by checking the relevant box.
By telephone: Call us at 6942633376 to order, Monday to Saturday and hours 09:00-20:00.
By message: Send a message to "ask us" which is always at the bottom right of the screen.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order by choosing the payment method that suits you:
With cash without any extra charge in case of collection from our place.
By cash or by card with a fee of €2.00 in case of collection from a partner courier store.
In cash, paying the price of your order to the partner courier, at your location. Cash on delivery is charged €3.00 regardless of the order amount.
With debit or credit card without any extra charge. You can pay with your card via our online store or alternatively we can send you a payment link. Clicking on the link will take you to a secure environment where you can make your payment with your credit or debit card.
Make your payment easily, quickly and free of charge with the IRIS service by scanning the following QR code through your bank's Mobile Banking application or fill in the number 059567190 (TIN)
Shipping products
We ship products throughout Greece with General Post and Box Now. For shipments outside of Greece, it is necessary to contact us before placing your order, as shipping costs are different.
Methods of order receipt
By general mail, to the address you specify in your order.
From your local General Post office.
Pickup via Box Now. Select Box Now as the delivery method and when your order is ready, we will contact you by phone for the box that is most convenient for you to receive.
With collection from our place. In this case, you will receive a phone call when your order is ready, so that you can stop by our store to pick it up.
Shipping costs
For General Post shipments within Greece, shipping is FREE for orders over €39, while for all other orders the shipping cost is €3.50 or €2.00 in case of collection from the local General Post office your.
For shipments with Box Now, the shipping cost is €2.00.
There is no charge for collection from our premises.
